Good afternoon!

It’s Friday today, and the end of a warm and sunny week! We were able to visit the park a lot in between the rain showers, which is a good thing. But, that also means more and more mosquitos are coming. Oh no! As long as we keep moving, our bodies will stay warm and we can run away from the bugs.

So, let’s get moving!

We were also busy working on papers and other things this week. Since we finished learning about senses, we made a flipbook of all the five senses we talked about.

What can we hear? See? Touch? Taste? Smell?

We can decide!

We also made bookmarks to put in our textbooks. We can save these as keepsakes, but also use them every week when we work on our homework!

On Friday, we had great Show and Tells like usual.

Lots of people had a lot to say. This week, we could ask lots of questions, too. ‘Where did you go?’ ‘What did you see?’ ‘Who took the picture?’ and more!

As you know, we went to the park for a picnic, too.It was so much fun! Hopefully we can have more picnics soon.

今日は金曜日、暖かく晴れた一週間が終わりましたね。にわか雨の合間をぬって、たくさん公園に行くことができたので、よかったです。でも、暖かくなると、蚊がどんどん増えてくることを意味します。Oh no！　動き続けていれば、体も温まるし、虫からも逃げられる。

ということで、さっそく動いてみましょう。

今週は、ワークシートの作業をしてみました。五感の学習が終わったので、今まで話した五感の小冊子を作りました。

なにが聞こえる？　なにが見える？　さわった感じは？　どんな味？　どんなにおい？

小冊子の内容は自分で決められます。

また、教科書に挟むしおりも作りました。記念に取っておくだけでなく、毎週宿題をするときに使います。

金曜日は、いつものようにShow and Tellsを行いました。

たくさんの人がたくさんのことを話してくれました。今週は、質問もたくさんできました。「どこに行ったの？」「何を見たの？」「誰が写真を撮ったの？」などなど。

いつもの通り、私たちは公園へピクニックに行きました。とても楽しかったです。早くもっとピクニックができるようになるといいね。
