先週はゴールデン・ウィークの影響でクラスでの活動が3日間と短かったのですが、各クラスそれぞれみんなが気持ちを込めて「母の日」のプレゼントを用意していました。

子どもたちから、すでにプレゼントは受け取っていただけたでしょうか。

Happy Mother’s Day

This last week was a short one due to Golden Week, but we didn’t waste any of our time. We had important things to do, like prepare for Mother’s Day!

We wanted to show our love for mom in different ways, such as giving a gift, helping, or writing a message. We ended up doing as much as we could!

We practiced singing a song about moms. We enjoyed it so much, we took it to the park and into the classroom. We sang whenever we had time. We even found ourselves singing it when we were doing work, walking to the park, or relaxing. We ended up recording our performance a few times. We hope you enjoyed it!

先週はゴールデンウィークで短かったのですが、時間を無駄にすることなく過ごすことができました。母の日の準備など、大切なことがたくさんあったからです。

プレゼントをあげたり、お手伝いをしたり、メッセージを書いたりと、お母さんへの愛情を様々な形で伝えたいと思いました。本当にできる限りのことをしました。

お母さんについての歌も練習しました。とても楽しかったので、公園や教室でも時間がある時はいつでも歌いました。勉強中、公園へ散歩している時、リラックスしている時など、つい歌ってしまうこともありました。最後は、歌を何度か録音してみました。お母さんが楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです。

Growing things!

In addition to our songs and playing, we also wanted to make a gift. You may have received it already, but I’ll explain it anyway. We wanted to make something that we could do ourselves, and something that matched what we had been talking about in April. Growing things!

We used our own hands to make a tree, and filled it with leaves, hearts, flowers, and anything else we could think of that would make mom happy. We tried to decorate it as best as we could.

We also tried to make a carnation for mom too! We used origami paper to fold, slice, and stick to the green straw. It wasn’t easy, but with some cleverness, we completed our flower gifts.

歌や演奏に加えて、プレゼントも作りたいと思いました。もう届いているかもしれませんが、念のため説明します。自分たちで作れるもの、そして4月に話していたこととぴったり合うものを作りたかったのです。「育てる！」。

自分たちの手で木を作り、葉っぱやハート、お花など、お母さんが喜んでくれそうなものを何でも詰め込みました。できる限り素敵な飾り付けをしました。

お母さんへのプレゼントにカーネーションも作ってみました！折り紙を折って、切って、緑のストローに貼り付けました。簡単ではありませんでしたが、工夫次第でフラワーギフトが完成しました。

THANK YOU MOMS!

We want to say thank you to moms from the bottom of our hearts.

Every day in class, we use our color pencils mom sharpened for us. We eat the lunch that mom made for us. We wear the clothes that mom helped us wear.

We are thankful to moms every day of our lives! So, from the students and teachers in Red Fox and White Owl, THANK YOU MOMS! You’re the best!

お母さんたちに心から感謝を伝えたいです。毎日、クラスではお母さんが削ってくれた色鉛筆を使います。お母さんが作ってくれたお弁当を食べます。お母さんが着せてくれた服を着ます。

私たちは毎日、お母さんに感謝しています！Red FoxとWhite Owlの子どもたちと先生たちから、お母さんたち、ありがとう！あなたたちは最高です！

Blue Bird Class

This last week flew by since we only had three days together, but we made the most of it by giving our best effort. We focused on learning the letter D, got an introduction to the letter E, talked about body parts, and even prepared for Mother’s Day!

We are always so grateful for the love and hard work that our moms give us. To show our appreciation, we wanted to create something special with our own hands.

We used straws and paper to make beautiful flowers, and they turned out great! Using scissors and a lot of love, we made the flowers bloom just like we wanted. The thought of making our moms happy brought big smiles to all of our faces 😊

Thank you for all your support! Once again, Happy Mother’s Day ❣️

先週は3日間しか一緒にいられなかったので、あっという間に過ぎてしまいましたが、私たちは精一杯努力して、その時間を最大限に活用しました。「D」の文字を覚えることに集中し、「E」の文字を初めて学び、体の部位について話し、母の日の準備までしました！

お母さんが私たちに注いでくれる愛情と努力に、私たちはいつもとても感謝しています。その感謝の気持ちを表すために、自分たちの手で何か特別なものを作りたいと思いました。

ストローと紙を使って美しい花を作りました。そして、素晴らしい出来栄えになりました。ハサミとたくさんの愛情を使って、思い通りの花を咲かせました。お母さんを幸せにできると思うと、私たちみんなの顔が笑顔になりました😊

Yellow Kangaroo Class

In our class today, we talked about mothers.

How important is our mother? How do they love us so much? Mothers are the light of the house. They give us the energy in our every day. If mothers are happy then we too feel happy. If mothers feel love, then we too feel love.

So, share all the love to all the mothers out there!

We also never forget our grandmothers. They are mothers too! Happy Mother’s Day! 💞❣️💞

今日の授業では、お母さんについて話し合いました。

お母さんはどれほど大切なのでしょうか？どうしてこんなに私たちを愛してくれるのでしょうか？お母さんは家の光です。毎日、私たちにエネルギーを与えてくれます。お母さんが幸せなら、私たちも幸せ。お母さんが愛を感じれば、私たちも愛を感じます。

だから、世界中のお母さんたちに、たくさんの愛を分かち合いましょう！

私たちはおばあちゃんのことも決して忘れません。おばあちゃんたちもお母さんです！母の日おめでとう！💞❣️💞
