Good day!

Today is super hot. So we just stayed inside.

As a wrap-up to the August topic of “Animals,” Yellow Kangaroo and Blue Bird kids made a lion craft.

Instead of using the paintbrush, our painting tool is a fork! We used the plastic fork to paint the mane of the lion using brown and orange paint.

Yellow Kangaroo and Blue Bird really did their best not to paint inside the face of the lion. It was fun to paint using a new tool! We didn’t know that we can use a fork to paint too. Of course we were careful when using it. 🙂

Bonus: Yellow Kangaroo and Blue Bird kids who did not do the ice painting and sensory play last time did it today. For the students who did not do them yet, we will do it next time. Everybody had fun touching the cold ice and mixing watercolor paint on it.

今日は超暑かったです。だから、室内で活動しました。

8月のトピック「動物」のまとめとして、Yellow KangarooとBlue Birdはライオンのクラフトを作りました。

絵筆の代わりに、フォークで絵を描きました。フォークを使って、ライオンのたてがみを茶色とオレンジの絵の具で塗りました。

イエロー・カンガルー（年少未満）クラスとブルー・バード（年少）クラスは、ライオンの顔の中を塗らないように、本当によく頑張りました。

新しい道具を使うのは楽しいですよね。フォークでも塗れるんだね。もちろん、フォークを使うときは気をつけましたよ。：）

おまけ：前回アイスペインティングと感覚遊びをしなかったイエロー・カンガルー（年少未満）クラスとブルー・バード（年少）クラスの園児は、今日しました。まだやっていない生徒のために、次回はやります。冷たい氷を触ったり、その上に水彩絵の具を混ぜたりして、みんな楽しんでいました。

水分補給をしっかりしましょうね! 　安全第一で：)
